suck the colour out of the artwork, but still achieved the texture and feel our client was after.
We also looked at how our client could save more on the reply-paid side of the mail-out, recommending an alternative to what they had originally considered, which our client was happy with.
Then we got to work, cleansing and processing the Club’s member database, managed all Reply Paid and Bulk Mail applications and lodgements with Australia Post, printing and collating each element, addressing and barcoding envelopes, and inserting each print piece into the mailing envelope before sorting for lodgement.
By reducing the weight of the magazine by just 22 grams, the postage costs for each package was then within a lower price bracket, resulting in savings of over $3,390 in postage for our client. We were also able to save our client over $570 in the printing due to paper choice, and a simple envelope change saved them another $580.
The Jabiru team’s print and mailing expertise not only improved the final product, but also saved our client a total of $4,540 on this one campaign alone.
From receiving final artwork to mail-out, this project was turned around in just nine business days.
